Judy Goodman: PairsThis group of baskets explores the idea idea of interlocking baskets or pairs. They may sit side by side, face each other. They are about human interconnections and relationships. Some can be moved into several positions that explore their interconnectedness. their relation to one another. They may be touching or keeping their distance from one another. They may be two free standing basket forms or growing together out of one base.

Selves Evidentnatural and smoked reed, found wood bases.23"L X 20"W X 34H This piece is about the sense of having different selves and the feeling of a light and a darker or shadow self. Carl Jung wrote a lot about self awareness and the shadow self. Selves may not be totally aware of each other but they are evident to each other in by just being there, or in ways and influences that we do not perceive. I imagine selves in organic shapes, close sometimes touching growing from the same base.
